We have had some gorgeous spring weather lately. It's finally warming up and we've had a chance to get out and do some sketching. Yay! This is a view from the Blue Ridge Parkway, not too far from our house, done in watercolor in my handmade sketchbook.
And thank you for the thoughtful comments on my last post! I suppose that like you all, I too, tend to work on more than one project at a time. If I had the space and time I'd probably have even more projects going simultaneously. But that might be dangerous. For now, I am trying to keep my focus on just a few key interests and see where they take me.
gorgeous bright colours :D glad its warming up there
ReplyDeletebeautiful! Love the light shades of green and bright yellow..and of course, your signature blue. I wish that it's spring temperature here still... it's super hot and humid... getting sticky very often.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments Ann =)
This is a beautiful welcome to spring.
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty, Ann. Gorgeous colors and a true sense of spring throughout. Speaking of which, we apparently skipped spring. We had low 30's to low 50's last week. Yesterday it hit at least 95 and was hot, humid and miserable. This is why summer is my least favorite of the seasons.
ReplyDeleteOh this does feel like spring - light, fresh and warm!
ReplyDeleteLovely, spring-y colors! Glad you're enjoying the spring weather. So far, it's actually been a pleasant spring here in the flatlands... instead of jumping from winter to 90 degrees in May like it often does!
ReplyDeletebeautiful spread - picture perfect.
