As you probably guessed from my photo posted last Friday, we were at the beach last week.
And it was heavenly. Beautiful weather every day.
Walking the beach, exploring tide pools, playing in the surf, and counting pelicans on patrol, were top priority activities every day.
Of course we had to have locally fresh caught fish at least one night.
And shells. There are always plenty of shells to collect.
The Professor has posted some of his beach trip sketches too, here, if you'd like check them out.
Those are lovely sketches and paintings from the beach and the hush puppies look mmmmm good (wonder if I could make them gluter free?)
ReplyDeleteCant wait to be able to go to the beach again.
