Evening sketches

Some recent sketches from my hand.book journal. Above is our Corgi napping in that twisted around way that she does. I love how she shows off her little short legs this way.
And this one of Kiddo and our Springer. I thought I'd be able to get a view of our Springer's face, but much too soon he flopped back into his usual evening time resting pose.

That's the trouble with our animals, they flop a bit and frequently. Nice sketches though and you might be able to use them as a starting place soon.

Great sketches! We've had 3 Corgis and they are such wonderful dogs. Your drawing of her is sweet. kiddo looks good too, and your Springer,..... well, they're just like that. (We have a Springer, Abby, now). nancy

I'm always amazed at the positions that our animals end up sleeping in. I have no idea how that could be comfortable lol :p

Great sketches - the "twisted" corgi is fun! My cat loves this kind of pose, too : ) !

Thanks all!
Nanke - that's funny we have the same taste in dogs!

Great sketches. I love how dogs can fully lay out their bodies and be so comfortable like that.
