(this moment)

{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.

It must be so satisfying to harvest your own bounty. I never have been a gardener but I sure enjoy seeing the fruits from everyone else.

Beautiful! I'm chuckling because I stopped growing cherry tomatoes, partially because I don't have a sunny enough spot for them, but also because people keep bringing me paper sacks, plastic bags and hands full of the sweet things. Summer is sweet in many ways.

That's such a fun idea, capturing a moment on camera. I hope you think about making a book of captured moments throughout the year. It would be such a treasure to look back at. Great photo, by the way!

You all make it sound like we actually garden! This cherry tomato plant was one of four that we didn't rip out because it wasn't as completely dead as the others. Although it looks lifeless it did manage to produce a handful of cherry tomatoes. Sherry, I need to make more gardening friends! And Katherine, I am thinking of a series of drawings inspired by this idea...

Thanks all for visiting and your nice comments:-)
