The last couple of days I have been in a cleaning and cooking frenzy preparing for our Thanksgiving feast tomorrow. As I was grumbling over picking up after kiddo and hubby-again- I realized that I do have so much to be thankful for. Family, friends near and far, that's enough.

Beautiful Ann. I wish that I could be looking over your shoulder to see how you build up such magnificent color. Happy Thanksgiving to you!

I haven't been by lately...but your images are just wonderful. The tlight shadow contrasts in the apple are fabulous. (something I am hoping to tackle myself in the near future. Understanding and getting it down )The pencil work is refreshing as well.

Happy Holidays to you and your families!

wow. What a super shiny yummy apple! I am practicing but I can see I have a ways to go to draw like this. My family is visiting over Thanksgiving and were looking over my shoulder as I viewed this. They think you do wonderful work.

This is wonderful Ann! The background is nice and warm and I just love the fact that even with one subject it's still intriguing to look at.

If I may say so, you summed up Thanksgiving perfectly. ;)
