Toes

Everyday Matters drawing challenge #199, draw a toe, with graphite in my small hand.book journal. Well, you can't really draw just one toe can you? Plus my toes plan on staying warm in my slippers. So, no, I didn't actually follow the directions of the assignment. You can deduct points for that.

Absolutely! I didn't draw just one either- but unlike you, I'm always willing to draw my toes ;) Admittedly, we did have the heater going at the time, so my little piggies stayed toasty warm :)
Apparently, we have the same taste in slippers though :D
Love all the toes you drew!

Sure you followed directions -- a lot SMARTER than I did in this cold weather! You drew the toe of a sock, didn't you?

er . . . toe of a slipper, I mean.

Okay so we deduct points for no people toes (although the challenge didn't specify that) but you get added points for drawing animal toes, being creative and drawing so much. Mmmm, I think you come out well ahead!

Warm toes are better than cold/blue toes ... and you did a great job on the slippers plus you had the dogs toes to draw and they carry that lovely fur coat around with them. Although I think that dogs toes get cold too ... considering how often the dog tries to burrow under the blankets.

Stay warm and nicely done!

Brilliant! They've got such wonderful character - the cosiness of the toes on the left (I'm assuming yours) and the way you've done the dog's paw with that lovely pointy bit of fur. It's just a double-page spread that makes you want to pick it up and cuddle it. If that makes any sense... :-s
