Painting #25 - Between The Light

Between The Light
oil on canvas
6 x 8 inches
©Ann Thompson Nemcosky

From a visit to Nags Head, and a walk on the beach before the rains came. This is #25 in my 100 painting project.

We have a busy week coming up with Kiddo's dance rehearsals and performances. It's that time again, full of excitement and craziness, and then it's done. At least until the next performance. I sure could use a walk on the beach about now.

Such a beautiful beach scene, Ann. I wish I was walking along that shore as I type. So cleansing and so refreshing...Please tell Gary that I miss seeing his paintings!

You're at your element here Ann ^^ This is what you do best, water and sky, and you've displayed your mastery in using oil. It's impressive and breathtaking =)

And this would be just the beach to walk along. Great painting.

Beautiful!!!! You're doing so well in oils. I've got a busy day planned in the office... but after seeing this I'd just as soon play hooky and ride down to the beach!

Looks so serene. I love the beach, and the sound of the water, which I imagine loud and clear when I look at your painting!
