One Morning

One Morning

Bit by bit, I worked on this drawing and am now calling it finished. Even though I may go back and tweak something here or there. I like to live with them a while, and it does help to see them on the computer screen. This is a view of Edisto Beach, from an early morning walk. Always such a refreshing way to begin the day, with a walk on the beach.

As always I am utterly amazed. I just want to close my eyes, breathe in the salt air, and sigh.

And again I cant wait to be able to walk on the beach again, I really miss the sounds and smells of the water and sand.

That is so beautiful! Ann, are you coming to the CPSA convention in Cincinnati in August? I'll be working the hospitality suite!

How beautiful, Ann!! I never tire of Edisto Beach which I can enjoy through your eyes. The water is exquisitely colored, the sand damp from the waves...Gorgeous!

Beautiful, Ann. I love the soft, muted colors you're using here. Reminds me a lot of the beach on Ocracoke... one of my very favorites places to be.

Ann - what a lovely peaceful scene. I can't imagine all the labor that went into this piece. Thanks for sharing and God Bless.

Thanks so much everyone!

Katherine, I hadn't planned on attending CPSA this year. It's kinda far, and I know because I am from Cincy! I don't know if it will coincide with one of my visits there this summer and if I can afford the cost ;-) I'll just have to experience it through your reports! I'm sure you'll have a great time!
